What is the Girls Club?
Wednesdays 6pm-7:30pm via Zoom
Join the Queens United Girls Club for K-5 girls! The virtual club occurs the second Wednesday of the month from 6pm-7:30pm CT via Google Meet. Each meeting we will cover a chess news segment, a chess strategy lesson, a mentorship component, and play in a Kahoot and/or chess tournament at the end. When: Second Wednesday of the month 6pm-7:30pm CT via Google Meet
Chess Experience Level: A basic understanding of chess piece movement and strategy is expected. If a girl wishes to participate but has no prior experience, she can sign up for other Queens United programs, including introductory chess lessons here.
